At The Hen Yard, each item is made to order just for you.

Because of the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or size exchanges. Please double-check sizing charts before placing your order.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thehenyard.com and we’ll gladly make it right.

If there is an issue with your order, please include:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photos if applicable

We want you to love your order and will always do our best to help.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or personalized items.

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

• Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we’ll always help however we can.
